How much does delivery cost, and what is the estimated delivery time?
Shipping is free for all orders above 99 SGD in Singapore, 329 MR in Malaysia and above 250 SGD for the rest of the world.
Singapore and Malaysia: 2 to 5 working days (6 SGD delivery cost under 99 SGD)
Southeast Asia, Australia (except Singapore and Malaysia): 3 to 10 working days (20 SGD delivery cost under 250 SGD)
Europe and UAE: 5 to 10 working days (25 SGD delivery cost under 250 SGD)
Rest of the world: up to 15 working days (35 SGD delivery cost under 250 SGD)
We deliver internationally to most countries. When shipped outside Singapore, JULIETTE C items may be subject to import duties and taxes. We do not pay these duties and taxes, and you are not charged for these at the time of placing your order. The shipping courier will invoice these upon delivery and you’ll be responsible for the payment of any such import duties or taxes.
Duty and tax rates vary from country to country, and also depend on the items being shipped. We have no control over these charges and encourage you to contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
We insure every purchase during its time en-route to you, from the moment it leaves our warehouse until the moment it’s delivered to your doorstep. All delivered goods need to be signed for and once signed we’re no longer responsible for them.
For the UAE, we recommend that you provide us with a Post Office Box address instead of your physical address.
If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery (for example if the item is a gift) then you accept that signature of the named recipient (or addressee) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by us.
We aim to dispatch items within 48 hours of receiving your order, Monday to Friday. All delivery times referred to above are estimates only. We have aligned ourselves with courier partners who we believe will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery timelines but our estimated delivery dates are based on the information, which they provide to us. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide guaranteed delivery times. A late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.
It is your responsibility to inform us if an order does not arrive : email@example.com. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
If an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion.
