If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the product to us within 7 days of purchase as long as you contact us within seven days of purchase and that the product has not been used and is in its original packaging with all tags still intact. The original shipping fees are unfortunately non-refundable for items shipped outside Singapore; you will also need to pay the return fees. However, we offer to pay the return shipping fees for purchases made in Singapore.

Please also understand that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that were purchased on sale.

Goods damaged or faulty on delivery

Except where required by law, you must return damaged goods within 7 days of receiving your order. It is your responsibility to follow the care instructions on the product label, as specified by the manufacturer.

In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will refund the original product price, postage and handling fee, and other fees via the original method of payment.

If you request a replacement, we will dispatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the returned item, at our cost.

Please note that we will not incur the postage and handling fee of returning the item should it not be found defective.

Items damaged lost after delivery

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
